Voyages Emu Walk Apartments are located at Ayers Rock Resort and are the resort's only 4 star fully serviced apartments. Emu Walk Apartments are nestled amongst the gardens of native trees which form a walkway through the heart of the resort. Voyages Ayers Rock Resort offers a choice of five hotels or campground where guests can experience the amazing cultural landscape of the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park in Australia's unique Red Centre.

Ideal for family or friends traveling together, Voyages Emu Walk Apartments are light an spacious apartments all with fully equipped kitchens - perfect for those who like to cater for themselves or who like a little extra space. If you are not in the mood for cooking you are just minutes from any one of the ten restaurants offered at Ayers Rock Resort or the Resort Shopping Centre.

Voyages Emu Walk Apartments are an ideal location for which to base yourself while exploring the Red Centre. There are a number of tours and experience available including walks and lookout points from around the resort itself. The Sounds of Silence Dinner is just one of the unique experiences available from the Ayers Rock Resort.

Accommodation

There are 60 apartments in total at Voyages Emu Walk Apartments. The apartments are the only self catering accommodation on offer at Voyages Ayers Rock Resort. Interconnecting rooms are available on request.

1 Bedroom Apartment: Each apartment features a separate sleeping area with separate dining/living area with a sofa bed. All have separate fully equipped kitchen. Bedding is 1 Queen bed and rollaway. Maximum room capacity is 4.

2 Bedroom Apartment: Each apartment features two separate bedrooms and a separate dining/living area with separate fully equipped kitchen. Bedding is 1 King bed and 2 Single beds plus sofa bed or 2 Queen beds plus a rollaway. Maximum room capacity is 6.

Dining

Ayers Rock Resort features more than ten restaurants to choose from all with the convenience of charge-back to your room account. Emu Walk Apartments as part of the Ayers Rock Resort has access to all of these restaurants however does not have a restaurant onsite. The apartments do however have the added advantage of self-catering facilities. Ayers Rock Resort also offers several dining experience including the popular Sounds of Silence and Desert Awakenings.

White Gums Restaurant: Located at Voyages Desert Gardens offers a sumptuous buffet for breakfast and dinner in an open and relaxed setting. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner.

Bunya Bar: Situated at Voyages Desert Garden Hotel, Bunya Bar offers informal surroundings to absorb and savour your desert discoveries. Open daily.

Arnguli Grill: Located at the Voyages Desert Gardens Hotel, Arnguli Grill features an a la carte flame-grilled menu including steak and seafood, in relaxed surrounds. Operation subject to seasonality.

Pioneer BBQ and Bar: A popular dining option at Voyages Ayers Rock Resort located at Voyages Outback Pioneer Hotel & Lodge. A do-it-yourself BBQ (meat must be purchased at the BBQ Bar) with traditional Aussie charm. Meet up with your fellow travellers and enjoy live entertainment nightly. Open daily for dinner.

Winkiku Restaurant: Situated at Voyages Sails in the Desert Hotel, Winkiku serves a tantalising breakfast and seafood buffet dinner in a brasserie-style setting. Open daily for breakfast and dinner.

Tali Bar: A relaxed, friendly atmosphere at Voyages Sails in the Desert Hotel for pre-dinner drinks or late night cocktails. Enjoy nightly entertainment from our resident pianist. Open from mid morning until late.

Bough House Restaurant: Located at Voyages Outback Pioneer Hotel & Lodge, the Bough House Restaurant offers a buffet with traditional Australian 'tucker', including special breads, pastries and desserts. Open daily for breakfast and dinner.

Outback Pioneer Kiosk: A low-priced alternative to restaurant dining with an all-day menu. Open daily for lunch and dinner.

Gecko's Café: Watch the world go by while enjoying Mediterranean-influenced dishes or pizza. Situated within the Resort Shopping Centre and open from mid morning 'till late.

Rockpool: Enjoy al fresco dining at Rockpool, by the pool at Voyages Sails in the Desert Hotel. A tapas-style platter menu featuring Mediterranean and Asian influences. Operation subject to seasonality.

Takeaway: Conveniently located in the Town Centre, the takeaway provides quick and easy meals to have on the go with a breakfast and all day dining menu.

Sounds of Silence: An award winning dining experience under the stars. Truly unique offering the best of the Red Centre distilled into four magic hours. Includes transfers, entertainment, canapés, beer, wines and non-alcoholic beverages, barbecue buffet (vegetarian arrangements made with prior notice), dessert, tea, coffee, port, star talk and stargazing. Departs daily one hour prior to sunset, booking in advance is highly recommended.

Desert Awakenings: Travel away from the crowds to a secluded sand dune to watch the spectacular sunrise over Uluru and Kata Tjuta. In the company of your expert guide, Desert Awakenings is designed to introduce you to the natural and cultural landscapes of this remarkable region. A light breakfast is served on a private dune top. Departs approximately one hour prior to sunrise.
