Skycity Darwin is to commence work on a brand new resort next to the existing hotel. Work is expected to be completed by mid 2012. Noise will be monitored and hours of work will be Monday to Saturday between 8.00am and 6.00pm. Guest will be re-located away from areas of work.

Upgrade works to the guest lifts & renovations is also due to commence on 10 April 2012. It is anticipated these works will be completed by the 31 May 2012. During this time there will be some noise, which will affect the hotel during the hours of 7.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday. Please note that there will be no work taking place on Sundays. There will only be 1 lift being closed down at any one time.
