Skycity Darwin is expected to commence work on a brand new resort next to the exsiting hotel. Initial stages of work include laying soil over exisiting lawn and creating a new swimming pool. It is anticipated that noise and dust will affect hotel rooms closest to the construction during the hours of 7.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Saturday, in the initial 12 weeks of construction. Work is expected to be completed by late April 2012.
