1 & Half Day Kings Canyon Safari

Experience the beauty of Central Australia on this Kings Canyon tour with Connections Safaris. See the working cattle and camel station - Kings Creek Station and swap yarns around the campfire. Join the magnificent Kings Canyon walk through the domes on the top of the canyon with breathtaking views. See the “Lost City” which is the central attraction of Kings Canyon, and the beautiful waterhole at the “Garden of Eden”.

This camping tour, commences from Ayers Rock Resorts at midday and arrives into Alice Springs at dusk the following day.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Yulara to Kings Creek: Departing Ayers Rock Resort, we travel to Kings Creek Station, a working cattle/camel station and our overnight camp. A range of optional activities are available here. Tonight, enjoy a hearty bush dinner, cooked "camp oven" style. Then relax around the camp under star filled outback skies.

Day 2 - Kings Creek to Alice Springs: This morning we visit breathtaking Kings Canyon where we have plenty of time to feel at one with nature. View areas like the "Lost City" and the "Garden of Eden" as well as the striking North and South Walls. There are plenty of opportunities for photos - so don't forget your camera. We return to Kings Creek Station for lunch before heading back to Alice Springs, touring through sand dune and desert oak country along the way. Arriving approx 6.30pm.
