Aurora Heavitree Gap Outback Lodge, Alice Springs presents "Red Centre Dreaming" dinner and show. On this Red Centre tour you can enjoy an evening of entertainment by local Aboriginal artists and a three-course dinner in a bushland setting. Menu sample: Starters - Soup served with damper; Main course - Steak, Kangaroo, or Chicken with a choice of salad/vegetables served buffet style; Dessert - Meringue with seasonal fresh fruit and ice cream (subject to variation). The contemporary Aboriginal performance 'Red Centre Dreaming' combines traditional dancing, didgeridoo playing and fireside story telling to provide an interactive evening of unique entertainment.
